TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

 

Reservation: you have to send a fax ( at the following number 0039  0141.878596 ) or an e-mail ( info@cadgnese.com ) with your name, surname, address,  telephone or  fax number or e mail, the number of rooms, the number of people, the date of arrival and departure. To confirm your reservation you will have to send a deposit: 30% of the total amount . A copy by fax is requested.

The price includes: breakfast, taxes and service, sheets and bed– linen change every 3 days, daily cleanings, use of the pool, parking.

 

Payment: cash. No credit cards accepted .
Arrival:  rooms will be available after 3.00 p.m .
Departure: Guests should leave their room at 10.00 a.m. 
Breakfast: breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Swimming pool: from May to the end of September.
Extra:   towels for the pool, supplementary sheets and bed-linen change, drinks …

 

Cancellation Policy :

no penalty:        up to 7 days before the date of arrival

up to 6 days before the date of arrival , no show and in case of earlier  departure: 100 %  ( total amount due )
